As a user of ZppixBot in many offtopic IRC Channels, I want to be able to use ZppixBot to play games or partake in some sort of challenge

Ideas:

• Points based (when should these clear)
• Aim to reach/Collect something (duckhunt)
• Could be random based on when conversation happens
• Could also be triggered by commands (to earn better tools??)
• Reward/levels
